1. No Dig Line Locating: We use electronic sensors to map the exact path and depth of your sewer main in your yard.
2. Surgical Excavation: We expose the main line in a targeted area, typically near the foundation or the property line, to minimize yard disruption.
3. The Installation: We install a double-way Schedule 40 PVC cleanout. We use sweeping joints that allow cables and cameras to move smoothly in both directions- toward the house and toward the street.
4. Watertight Sealing: We use high-grade mission couplings to ensure the new access point is 100% root-proof and watertight.
5. Backfill & Compact: We bed the pipe in sand or gravel to protect it from DFW’s shifting clay soil, then backfill and compact the earth to prevent sinkholes.
6. Verification: We perform a final camera pass through the new cleanout to document your line's health from the outside.
