Gas Line Repair | Mother

Our technician, Connor, did a fantastic job. Seems like a good guy with a good head on his shoulders. He pinpointed our gas leak quickly, and completed the repair in under an hour. We had a small issue with our invoice, but after speaking with Matthew we came to a reasonable resolution. I can honestly say Mother Modern cares about doing the job right and ensuring their customers are satisfied.

1st visit Steven Smith from Mother Plumbing found and fixed a small gas leak. He was great to work with - professional, reasonably priced, timely, personable, and from what I can tell he did a great job. I expect I will have future business for him. Thank you Steven!! 2nd visit Steven fixed problem with 2 outdoor hose faucets. Excellent work, reasonably priced, as usual.

The plumber (Colton) and his assistant (Luke) showed up as scheduled. I even received a photo of Colton and his work experience/bio in a text before he arrived. I appreciate that level of detail by this company. Colton made a good first impression - he was well-spoken and professional. I needed a check up on my gas line to the stove. He was able to successfully inspect it for a possible leak and provided a good solution. I will definitely call them again.

And they even have an alert to let you know when your plumber is on their way with the ability to track their real-time drive to your address. My Plumber, Grant B. exceeded expectations with his knowledge, professional demeanor and overall friendly personality. I always knew what was happening to my system and why. I was never kept in the dark and he gave me updates throughout. Grant and crew did a great job fixing my gas leak to my pool water heater. They were honest and reasonable. Another well known company tried to scam me and Mother plumbing was great.

Dillon Ashton was my literal hero today. I called Mother Plumbing to get a second opinion on another plumber’s work, and I’m 💯 sure that Dylan and Mother Plumbing will save us thousands of dollars in the work we need done. But while he was inspecting our gas lines, my sweet little dog escaped. I was beside myself but Dylon went above and beyond to help me find my dog and get him home. Pretty sure we’ll be using this company for the long run.

Extremely professional! Had Natural Gas plumbing problem for pool furnance. Another company had tried 3 times to unsuccessfully repair gas line. Mother Modern Plumbing came out with 2 employees, in uniforms, reviewed requirements and came up with two options. The one they recommended was less cost. Four days later the project was complete. New gas line to pool furnance was working. Would recommend them to anyone. Two days after completion received box of warm assorted cookies with balloon and thank you card. Complete turnkey service. My hats off to them. Would recommend them to my Grand Mother.

Josh was great. He came out and inspected our natural gas lines in the house. I would definitely use them again if if and when the need arises.
