Most warranties sound great—until you try to use them.

We have a simple poilcy: no 'gotchas' and no fine print. We explain our warranty coverage in plain english. That way, you can easily understand what is and isn't covered.

Plumbing Repair Warranty

Covers the entire repair, including parts and labor, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship for 72 months.

What's not covered?

  • Damage due to misuse, or neglected/improper maintenance
  • Acts of nature such as flooding, lightning, or earthquakes
  • Unauthorized repairs and modifications by third parties

Water Heater Warranty

Covers the entire heater for repairs, including parts and labor, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship for 144-months from the date of installation.


What's not covered?

  • Damage due to misuse, neglected, or improper maintenance
  • Acts of nature such as flooding, lightning, or earthquakes
  • Unauthorized repairs and modifications by third parties

Drain Cleaning Warranty

We offer an industry-leading 120-day limited warranty on our drain cleaning services. If the same drain experiences a blockage within 120 days of the original service, we will return and clear the drain at no additional cost.

What's not covered?

  • Other drains in the home that were not serviced
  • Clogs caused by foreign objects, improper use, structural issues with your plumbing system, tree roots, grease buildup, or other causes outside of our control.
  • Unauthorized repairs and modifications by third parties

Repipe Warranty

Covers the entire pipe replacement for repairs, including parts and labor, to correct any defect in materials or workmanship for 240-months from the date of installation.


What's not covered?

  • Fixtures, appliances, or componenets not replaced by Mother
  • Any clogs, backups, or blockages within the pipes unless caused by a defect in the original installation.
  • Damage due to misuse, neglected, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs and modifications by third parties
