I used Mother Modern Plumbing to tie in the gas to my pool heater. Although they were at the higher end of the cost, they completed the work the same day. I signed up for their membership which I received my annual tank heater descaling for free with the membership. They also provided a free drain clearing with the membership. I had a slow draining tub and they had a technician look at it. Although the first technician they sent wasn’t able to solve it, they sent a more experienced technician the next day that figured out and resolved the issue. They are very responsive, followed-up quickly, and provided great customer service. I was happy that they made sure they resolved any issues I had.

We reached out to Mother MP on our cabin rebuild for design ideas. Super helpful and very friendly. I've met Mother employees and they've always been high integrity people who have my best interests first. Definitely a company I'll count on moving forward.

We had several broken sewer pipes under our house causing problems with our foundation. We hired Mother's Modern Plumbing to completely re-route our entire sewer system to run underneath our lawn deleting all of the pipes underneath the foundation. Tyler explained the entire process clearly and gave an accurate timeline for completion. Mauricio and his crew did an excellent job. He kept us informed about his progress and what he planned to accomplish the next day. We had a slight issue with our sprinkler system after the job was completed which is understandable considering all of the tunneling and trenching that was required. Tyler sent someone out right away to fix the issue. We are very satisfied with the end result. Everyone involved did an excellent job.

My family had an emergency with the front shower. Mother SENT a Very skilled & knowledgeable technician before other (larger) places could even confirm availability. The gentleman they send out, Marcus Sanchez, expertly assessed the problem & delivered multiple solutions within an hour of the start of the issue! If you want it done right, please do the situation a favor & call Mother.

I scheduled Mother Modern Plumbing to service and inspect my tankless water heater. My appointment was originally set for Monday between 8am–4pm, and they told me they would call that morning with a more specific two-hour window. On Sunday, they actually texted to let me know they had a technician working in my area and asked if I happened to be available earlier. I was, and it worked out perfectly for my schedule. They even sent a tracking link so I could see exactly when the technician would arrive. Marcus was the technician who came out and he was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He serviced the unit, explained everything clearly, and offered helpful recommendations for future maintenance. Great communication, great service, and a very professional team overall. Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be calling Mother Modern Plumbing first for any plumbing needs in the future.

I had a leak under my house causing water damage to my floors. They came out quickly to help with the leak and fixed it in a very timely manner. They worked well within my budget and I am so very appreciative.

Ben came out to give us an estimate and help us locate a sewer leak. He was incredibly thorough, personable and transparent. He answered every question and was very tidy, on time and above all, professional.

Really appreciate the diligence and ownership our plumber, Bryan, took to repair our collapsed sewer line. He worked late into the evening on multiple days to complete the repair, provided a partial interim solution while the repair was in progress, and stayed on top of the City of Dallas inspector and repair offices to encourage the city to complete their side of repairs. Feel like he genuinely cared about restoring water usage to our house as quickly as possible. More competitively priced than one other mainstream service provider we quoted. Will definitely use again if a need arises!

Got my toilet fixed after having drainage issues for about 6 months. These guys came out and finally fixed my drainage problem in about 45 minutes. Super awesome people, very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend!

Willie with Mother Modern was courteous and friendly during the service call. We needed our water and sewer lines checked because another plumbing comoany said we had a sewer leak. He was very detailed about every step of his process. He even showed us video of his process. As a result we bought a year membership. Thanks Willie.

This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.

Mother Modern Plumbing did a fantastic job on an inop garbage disposal and a clogged drain line. Great work by Tradesman Plumber Grant B as the resolution required a tenacious focus and a sense of seeing things through to a SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION! Grant took the time to explain how the drain lines were all connected and what he determined to be the root cause. All drain lines clear now with great drain vortex!

Mother did an outstanding job replacing all of the decaying cast iron pipes in a timely manner. They take great pride in customer satisfaction and making sure the customer is first priority. They clean up the job site along the way and their personnel is friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them on any job, large or small.

Best thing about this company the communication!!!!!! They were very proactive in contacting me and giving me up to date information about the plumber coming to my house. They provided a text message and email about the plumber, Willy. He was very thorough in his inspection and gave me tips on what to look for in future when it comes to water leaks. Jerry went above and beyond when replacing our water heater! He was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would ask for him personally again for any other work. Mother Modern Plumbing’s communication was excellent as well. I liked getting text confirmation of arrivals, invoice and payment acknowledgements- including photos of the work performed.

First time using Mother. Great service from Willy. Our tankless water heater stopped working all of sudden. He was able to get it fixed and working, and didn’t push me to get new one. He spent the time troubleshoot and get it working again. You don’t see that with every company nowadays.

Grant did a wonderful job installing our 2 bidets. He explained the process, the installation and was friendly and efficient.

This was a detailed estimate which was done thoroughly and well. The cost of my repair is substantial, but likely in line with other companies. It was good to see on camera the condition of my 50 year old cast iron drain pipes. The estimate was free and took a couple hours time.
