Willy from Mother Modern Plumbing took care of our plumbing needs today. He is very personable, strong work ethic and very knowledgeable about his trade. Home maintenance projects are at times frustrating, but I sincerely appreciate the wonderful communication skills from the company and documentation for our files including detailed descriptions of work and pictures.

Krista did an AMAZING job! She came in and fixed 2 lines that were leaking into my wall. She was fast and double/ triple checked all the lines and my attic connections just to be safe. Very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I will definitely ask for her the next time we have a plumbing issue! :)

Had a great experience with Mother Modern Plumbing. The plumber was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was causing the issues instead of rushing through the visit. He cleared the shared bathroom-sink drain clog, addressed the outdoor faucet problems, and also helped with a few smaller plumbing concerns while he was here. Everything was tested afterward, and he made sure it was working properly before leaving. I appreciated the upfront communication and the thorough work. Definitely recommend.

We received excellent service from Mother Modern Plumbing. Both Adam and Grant were friendly and professional. After cleaning out our clogged sewer line and running a camera through the line, our options were presented with no pressure at all. We elected to have the line completely replaced. The work was done as quickly as possible. Grass was taken out in squares and replaced when the job was finished. We were very pleased.

Huge thanks to Grant at Mother Modern Plumbing! He replaced our main water line from the city connection to the house and was great to work with from start to finish. Once he dug down and uncovered the issue, he paused to walk me through his findings so I fully understood what was causing our leak. He worked hard, kept the area clean, and even caught a separate leaking spigot while he was here. Since it was getting late, he’s putting together an estimate to come back and fix that next. Top-tier customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!

Mother’s was the first call we made to correct water connection to our house that sprung a big leak. Mother’s showed up on time and gave us a detail estimate and explained all fixes needed. Repairs were completed within three at a fair price, we also signed up for Mother’s annual maintenance program. Matthew and Marcus both were professional and did what they said had to be done. I went through Angi’s list to get a referral for a plumber. Diego called me right away & put me on their schedule for today. Adam came to the house with everything he needed to clear my bathtub drain.He explained the plan so that I knew exactly what would be done the expected cost. He was able to clear out the drain. In the cost was exactly what I expected it to be. Adam introduced himself & was respectful of my property, and respectful to myself and my dad who is 99 years old and lives with me. It really didn’t take very long at all. As a matter of fact, because he did such a great job, I purchased an annual membership. My house was built in the early 60s. Modern Mother Plumbing fixed an overflowing sink in our upstairs bathroom. Very polite, thorough, and efficient. This is The second time we have used this company and we will definitely call on them again.

Grant fixed the outside faucet and replaced the pool hose. He had to go into the concrete to fix it right allowing us to easily remove the pool hose if necessary. Pitched up a tent in 100 degree weather. Grant comes highly recommended.

Krista she came out looked at it gave me a quote that was fair price she got to work on it right away I made sure everything was right make sure it was right with me very professional very friendly and she took the part that shower neck goes into or broke off after being on there so many years that they threw it and the threads got stuck in there and took the cover off the shower tube after it's been on there for about 40 years just really great service

Willy was awesome! He was very thorough and explained in detail exactly what they could do to repair my sewer leaks, without having to disturb the inside of my home! I am getting more estimates for the job, but I was really impressed with Willy and this company. They also offered a twenty year warranty on this project which is outstanding! If you have plumbing needs I would say give them a try!

Excellent service and very professional. Willy arrived at my friend's house and went thru his diagnostics and explained what he was seeing with both water heaters. Unfortunately, they both had to replaced due to age and not igniting and staying lite. He spoke with my friend and gave the options and explained a replacement was necessary. They scheduled the install for the next morning and explained the process for the day. I was very happy to have someone I could trust and to give me an honest opinion on the issues at hand. I will be calling Mother Modern Plumbing for my own personal home in the area. On Sunday morning Bryan and team arrived and installed the two brand new water heaters and other components attached. They did an awesome job and also went through with me to double check that faucets were running properly inside. They did a great job cleaning everything up before they left too.

From first call until the time when the repairman drove away from my house after completing the repair, my experience with Mother Modern Plumbing was excellent. The Tradesman Plumber, Grant Baker, was extremely professional. He made recommendations for repair after evaluating my plumbing emergency. I am taping his buisness card to the inside of my kitchen cabinet door. There were no high pressure sales. I could only afford to make the absolute minimal repairs but I've started a savings fund to take of the recommended repairs across my entire home. Once I save up that money - not that the prices were expensive, I've just had a lot of unplanned expenses lately. I will definitley be calling Mother Modern Plumbing to come back and make the recommended repairs before I have another emergent situation. Grant went out of his way to be of service. He was done and about to drive off, but then came back in at my request to check something not related to his repair job that I had a question about - super nice and professional. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my entire experience with Mother Modern Plumbing. From Tyler, who met me on site and provided a detailed quote the same day, to Mario (an absolute rock star!), who managed, coordinated, and worked alongside his crew throughout the project, the service was outstanding. Mario proactively communicated with me every day, letting me know when he was arriving and when he was leaving. It was obvious that Mario, Tyler, and the entire team genuinely care about customer service and professionalism. It seems to be part of the company's culture. I received quotes from three highly rated plumbing companies. While Mother Modern's price was slightly higher, they offered a guaranteed price and a 20-year warranty. Another company I seriously considered wouldn't provide a maximum price, saying no company should. I wasn't asking them to guarantee there wouldn't be unforeseen issues, only to provide a ceiling on the final cost. Mother Modern did exactly that. Even though they encountered conditions that likely would have increased the price elsewhere, they honored their contract and charged exactly what they promised. Knowing their price was firm provided peace of mind. I was also working under a very tight deadline. They had their excavation crew at my home the day after I signed the contract and successfully coordinated permits, excavation, replacement of my cast iron plumbing, and city inspections in less than two weeks. If I could give Mother Modern 10 stars, I would. They've earned my trust, and they'll be my first call for any future plumbing needs, big or small.

We called on a Sunday morning for an overflowing sink and Mother (our tradesman was Marcus) arrived a few hours later. Marcus was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I truly don’t know how we could have a better experience calling a plumber (extra points for the quick turnaround on a Sunday morning!)

Willie came out on a sunday and fixed my leaking water heater in Dallas. He got here in twenty minutes. He even let me save money by buying the parts myself at home depot.Because it was on a Sunday.

Mr. Willy did an excellent job cleaning my washing machine drain today. I contacted the company early this morning, and he arrived within 3 hours and completed the work perfectly. I live in Colony, and I’m very satisfied with the service.

Marcus from Mother Modern Plumbing did an excellent job fixing my leaking main water shutoff valve. Marcus was both professional and very friendly. He recommend using PEX for this application so any future repairs or valve replacements will be easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Mother’s master plumber Willie Dayton did a phenomenal job at my home in Dallas. Sink with an AC drain line was backed up (and filling up) 12 feet down the sink line. Willie had me up and running in no time, was most professional, and left everything clean and operational.
