Steven came by to fix both of my washer valves for the hot and cold lines. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done before starting. The job was done very clean and also gave tips on how to flush the water hoses before we start washing any clothes.

He basically fixed 4 things. He fixed the stripped shower handle (linked me to a low cost solution on-line) he fixed the outdoor faucet, he fixed the leak underneath the kitchen sink. And he fixed the stopped-up drain in the bathroom sink. I am very happy.

Very good experience with Mother Modern Plumbing. Josh and his helper was very professional and did the job from 10 to almost 5. The rerouted my hot water pipings due to slab leak and replaced my 13 years old hot water heater with a new one with 12 years warranty. What was amazing was no jackhammer, no hole in the floor and only (minor) evidences of their great work was 2 small cutoff drywall. They clean up all the mess and left the place better and cleaner than before.

They were uber professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions and were honest about my options. Colton was awesome!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Easy scheduling. On time arrival with the correct parts and tools on the first visit. They fixed our faucet leak that another plumber told us they’d need to order parts for. They replaced a shower valve and cleaned up the work area, and then didn’t blink an eye when we asked them to look at some things we hadn’t even brought them out to do. 15 minutes later our guest bath toilet was flushing perfectly and our outside hose spigot was no longer leaking. I highly recommend Mother for white glove service at a very fair price.

Water was backing up in my kitchen sink. I did everything I could think of: vinegar and baking soda, using an allen wrench to loosen up anything in the garage disposal, removing the pipes and checking for clogs. Nothing worked. I found MMP through Next Door reviews, and they came out the same day I called! After sending a camera down, they discovered there is a dip in the pipe under my foundation, and over many years, that got clogged up. Unfortunately there is no fixing that, but he did manage to get it unclogged! I just have to be diligent about not using my garbage disposal as much. The total was $300.

I had a leaking toilet in the master bathroom and called this company for help. The plumber removed the toilet, replaced the thin wax ring (which had been causing the issue), reset the toilet, and caulked it. The repair came with a 6-year parts and labor warranty, which gave me peace of mind. While the cost initially felt a bit steep compared to what I had researched, when I brought my concern to customer service, they responded kindly and professionally. I truly appreciated that they took the time to address the issue and make it right. That said, I respect how they handled the situation and ultimately left me feeling heard and valued.

Our main sewage line had a tree root grow in and cause a sewage backup. We had to call after hours and talked to Matt. He walked us through what the problem might be and gave us up front pricing estimates that we weren't getting from other places. Colton showed up the next morning and kept me informed throughout the repair. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing it. This was not a fun problem to deal with at all but Mother Modern made it as near painless as something like this can be.

Jerry came out and repaired my broken pipe and removed roots that had taken over the line. All this in heavy rain. So professional and courteous. Colton did great assessing my situation and getting me the help I needed.

I had to make essentially an emergency call to have an outdoor faucet repaired, that required shutting off the water to the house. Came within an hour and had everything fixed (and upgraded) within 15 minutes of arrival, not to mention dealt with a few other minor issues when he was here. The call center was friendly and responsive, and Steven Dickson (the plumber) was fantastic. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! We had an issue to which they responded immediately, getting to the house the same day we called. The issue was such that they could not have completed the job when they arrived (parts that we received in the mail that were broken); however, they literally scheduled service for us every day until we had the replacement parts. There was no waiting time. The team that came to the house (Steven Dickson), Joey, and another guy whose name I can't remember (shame on me) showed up when promised and were completely transparent with me regarding all the issues that might affect the job. Truly professional, courteous, and just the kind of folks you like to work with. SND was our plumber to call. Now, whenever we have ANY plumbing issue, we are calling MMP. I can't say enough good about these guys!

I had a water filtration/softener system installed. The initial reason for selecting them over other plumbers I'd contacted is because they offer a 6-year labor warranty. The reason I went with the system they suggested is because of its lifetime warranty. The owner (Dustin) and my plumber (Josh) went over and beyond the call of duty in gaining my trust and my business. They walked me through the process beginning to end. I'm honestly so glad I decided to go with them. Not only was Josh professional and super kind before, during and after the install, his integrity is what really convinced me I had made the right decision. After the install, he noticed something minor that I certainly would never have noticed, but he did, and made an extra trip to take care of it. He definitely earned my trust. They also helped me install a showerhead and filter that has been sitting in my home for over a year. Then after all the work was done at the end of the night Connor saw myself and my 78 year old grandmother struggling to move some furniture offered to assist us. The kicker was during a follow up call to see how the job went and I mentioned in passing that my daughter's bday was that day. THEY SENT HER A GIFT FOR HER BDAY. No one does that! Mother Ship was piloted by Josh! it was Saturday morning and he sent out a text that he is on his way. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He finished his job and bought my gas and water heater plumbing up to code. My million Thanks to Josh and Matt.

Extremely professional! Had Natural Gas plumbing problem for pool furnance. Another company had tried 3 times to unsuccessfully repair gas line. Mother Modern Plumbing came out with 2 employees, in uniforms, reviewed requirements and came up with two options. The one they recommended was less cost. Four days later the project was complete. New gas line to pool furnance was working. Would recommend them to anyone. Two days after completion received box of warm assorted cookies with balloon and thank you card. Complete turnkey service. My hats off to them. Would recommend them to my Grand Mother.

The guys were great they got our pressure test done same day we called and once the city came out and notified us of a few updates we needed they came back out and fixed the city issues. The guys are friendly and the price was affordable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

My outdoor faucet was leaking, causing a huge mud puddle in the yard. I spoke to Dustin, and he was able to get someone out that very morning. Most other places were saying it had to be scheduled. The plumber who came over, Steve, did an excellent job. I like the fact that he explained that most of the time, its an easy fix but there is also a small risk that it would be more complicated. We had the worst possible scenario occur and had the best possible outcome as a result of the responsiveness, reliability and character displayed by Mother Modern Plumbing. I definitely recommend them. Many would have run in the face of adversity but not Mother Modern Plumbing. They did everything they said they would do and responded timely to get things done. In this day and age, this is a rarity.

Fast, kind, responsive and transparent. Paid the $89 visit fee and it was well worth it. They ran multiple tests and diagnosed my issues with ease. They also were able to text about appointments and coordination which was super helpful! Highly recommend.

Sue was my point person who scheduled the appointment. She is a true professional and a great representation of Mother Modern. She is very personable and set the pace for the day. Prior to the plumber's arrival (Steven) we received a text saying he was en route with his photo and bio. No other company has done this. It helps to know who is coming to your home and the expertise they bring to their job. He diagnosed our issue right away and was able to answer a few questions about our kitchen sink (at no additional cost) while he was here. Such a fantastic experience from start to finish. I have a 100 year old 8-plex that had major sewer problems. I contacted 5 plumbing companies for estimates. They all wanted to run a camera for the estimate ( approximately $300 per company ) and Mother Modern was the only one that offered to run the camera for FREE> The advice they gave me was spot on and the estimate for the work was unbelievable. I had had past estimates but they came up with some innovative ideas to make the job simpler and more affordable. They even had an amazing finance option( which I jumped on!!) Scheduled around my needs, confirmed the day before, showed up on time and completed the job impeccably. The guys showed up to hand dig the trench and were precise and clean. The following day the plumbers showed up to replace the clay pipe with high quality PVC and gave me a time estimate that was very reasonable, . The following day, the guys showed top to fill the trench, put my plants and furniture back in place and leave the whole area very tidy. The sense of service , the efficiency and forethought they provided and the affordable pricing makes Mother Modern Plumbing a Gem!!

I have nothing but great things to say! Steven Dickson took his time and was so thorough. We’ve had a leak under our house from our bathtub which is terrible to go through and he made the process so smooth. He also helped with a problem completely unrelated regarding constantly having back ups. We were previously given a quote from Ernie’s plumbing and were advised we need our pipes completely redone and was quoted over $40,000. Steven was able to use a camera down our pipes in the front and determined that it was roots growing through them and that it was only going to cost a little over $4000 which is still a lot but much more doable than what Ernie’s quoted. I will definitely be using Mother Modern for future issues.

We had an outside faucet that apparently cracked in a recent freeze, but we didn't know that until we turned it on this weekend to wash some things off. Mother came out the next day and replaced the faucet, quickly, professionally and with no visible damage or repairs needed. My wife was so impressed she signed up for their subscription service.

We recently purchased a new house and once we turned on the facet in the back yard there was water gushing out of the brick wall. I called Mother Modern and Mathew who answered the phone did a great job of talking me off the cliff. They dispatched their technician Jerry who did a fantastic job of explaining what the problem most likely was and that provided the pipe didn't twist off during removal there would be no need to remove any of the bricks. Fortunately, every thing went as planned, he even helped us with a small toilet issue we were having. The cost was a fraction of what I was imagining. Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was able to explain everything in terms I could understand and I feel I now know a bit more about our plumbing. Thank you Mother Modern. When (not if) we have future plumbing issue's Mother Modern will be our first call!

Master Plumber, Stephen, came out and gave me an assessment of a future bathroom remodel project I was wanting to do. Gave nice some suggestions that minimized dead space in the house that I might take up on. Also had him out to give me a quote on another big project. Josh Dudley at Mother Plumbing will be my plumber for life! He is timely, kind, articulate, and takes the time to help educate you with tests they are running and what they are saying. We are in the process of selling our home and the buyer contacted a plumber who did no testing and stated that we needed all of our cast-iron pipes replaced. This was completely false as our cast-iron pipes are actually in excellent condition. Mother Plumbing is honest. If you want an honest evaluation as to whether or not you have a plumbing issue this is who you should call.

Very good experience. We had drainage issue with the pipe that goes from the washing machine. The issue was complex as this was farther down under ground. Plumber did great in trying every alternative till issue was fixed. He gave us good insight on problem and ok variable solutions should we encounter this again. All was good! And we will trust to use Mother Modern plumbing again for our plumbing repair needs! It was a great experience and recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted plumber.

Mother modern Plumbing provided excellent service for us! Our bathtub faucet broke and water was gushing out at 7pm. Luckily MMP was open late and was able to advise us on what to do. They sent Steven to our house first thing in the morning and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem immediately. I appreciate the great communication and ability to get the issue fixed so quickly.

I noticed a little leak in something I was trying to fix the day before and I didn’t do it right. I tried calling three other plumbers but none of them answered or called back. I was able to get a hold of Mother Modern Plumbing on the first call. Although it was a little late in the day, they were able to come over within an hour to help get us situated. It was a simple fix and Josh gave me some tips for future DIY fixes. That was honestly the thing I enjoyed most and will make them my first call in the future. Really fair price for the work and even giving advice to help minimize my own mistakes in the future!
