This was our first time using Mother Modern Plumbing and it was a good experience. They were able to diagnose the issue and found out our bathroom sink needs to be replaced. We appreciate the time and effort they took to look and explaining all the possibilities and even providing a path forward for the next steps. Great Service from Tyler & Grant Baker.

Had a shower issue and under 24 hours from my call, Mother Plumbing sent Tyler out to assess the issue.Unfortunately, not an easy fix, so Tyler order the parts for Grant Baker picked up the parts and service the master shower within hours from Tyler departure. Grant did an excellent job on communicating the process for the repair. Grant was respectful of the homeowner by wearing covers over the shoes and cleaning up once he was done. Highly recommend not only Grant & Tyler but the company Mother Plumbing.

Had a dripping shower faucet. Original part from 1990. Concerned it was going to break. Called Mother Plumbing and Tyler came out for diagnostic of the issue. Not an easy fix, need all new shower parts. Remove sheetrock. Grant Baker came out and fixed the shower. Grant was professional and communicated well about the process. Did a great job keeping the bathroom & master bedroom clean.

Dodge a bullet today, had a shower issue that could have busted in the master bathroom. Thankful Mother plumber responded quickly and was able to send Tyler out for his expertise. Unfortunately, not an easy fix so he order the parts and Grant Baker came to the house within a few hours to fix the shower. Basically had to replace all the parts in the shower which required cutting through the sheetrock. Grant was professional and did a good job cleaning up the mess. I appreciate the respect Mother employees give the homeowner.

Mother came out to assess a toilet issue that had been ongoing for months. Other plumbers had looked at it but weren’t able to fully resolve the problem. Jesse spent about 60 minutes on site, quickly identified the root cause, and clearly explained the recommended repair in an easy-to-understand way. I wish it were this easy to work with every company.

Marcus was very helpful talking through all the different elements with us, and the possible problems that can occur because of them. Our tech Jeremy was great as well. We very much appreciate his patience and professionalism when the job took longer than expected due to a water meter leak. We got two toilets repaired, as well as a leaky yard spigot. While we were at it, we figured we may as well add some additional valves/loops as suggested by our purchase inspection, as well as reduce the pressure coming from the meter and add a whole home shutoff. All in all came out to around $3500.

My experience was lovely just like it always is except for the fact that you have to spend money to fix your plumbing, but they make things easy and very less stressful and explain everything to you

Tyler did an awesome job he was very friendly explained to us step-by-step what he was doing placed the cartridge with the clip in our shower and stood there and made sure that the water in the shower was getting hot and cold. I was very pleased with the job and Tyler.

Had Jesse Crane come do a sewer line scope and quote some plumbing issues found during a home inspection. Jesse fixed a few easy items on the spot that others less honest plumbers would have found a way to charge for. In running the sewer line scope, he found two breaks in the line to the city main and took the time to explain and show damages on the video monitor. Not able to scope under the house from ground level due to the break in the line, he made extra effort to get on the roof to scope from a different route. This guy is a true professional. Honest, knowledgable, patient and friendly. Definitely on my first-to-call list.

When our regular plumber couldn't make it out to us I found Mother. They sent Marcus out that same day to look at our issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! The next evening Grant came out to do the work and for being at work that day since 6am he was so friendly. Mother saved us and we are very appreciative! We would highly recommend this company.

Im looking to get a water softener installed. Willy Dayton from Modern Mother Plumbing helped me understand all the goes into getting a water softener. The technician Josh was very professional, answer all our questions, have done water pressure test and identified the issue. Josh also explained the benefits of membership and we signed up for 1 year. It was great service. The water leak is in sprinkler system and unfortunately this company doesn't provide this service.

We have lived in our home for 10 years and we knew one day sadly our cast iron would have to be replaced. I noticed more and more homes having this process done. When our home failed a pressure test for foundation adjustment, I started looking into companies to inspect the old system with a camera, all showed and I saw failed cast iron pipes. The next step was getting bids, OMG sticker shock, once we we reviewed our proposal's and understood the scope of work, the choice wasn't hard. Mother was the one we chose. Jessie was understanding and very knowledgeable and worked with us on the final price. My wife and I were really amazed with how fast they started digging, the dig crew were really good, very professional and very hard working. Jerry the plumber and his helper Conner, were unbelievable with the amount of time they put in everyday redoing all the sewer lines on our home. Jerry is dedicated to a standard of workmanship that you don't run into much these days, sadly. When Jerry was finished with his part the dig crew, Castillo Excavations, were amazing to watch them reverse the dig out process. What dirt didn't go back in was removed from the job site, not my headache thank God. Overall these guys were a good choice and yes it was more than I wanted to spend, but no regrets. Thank you Mother

I had a great experience with Mother Modern plumbing from inquiring about service on the phone with Gabby through installation with Joe. Dillion came out and scoped our project and gave us a bid right then. Joe came out the same day and installed my kitchen sink, faucet, cleared blockage and installed bathroom sink all before 4 pm and in time to cook thanksgiving dinner. The whole team was a breeze to work with and they explained everything which I appreciate! I signed up for the membership and will use them for my hot water heater in a few months and future projects. Thank you!!

We had a leak in our wall. Josh and Grant were both professional and fantastic!! Josh diagnosed the problem and Grant came and worked quickly to fix the issue. Would highly recommend these guys!

Called modern plumbing and explained that the city of Dallas required an inspection to turn on the gas, and Mel explained the process thoroughly. Mario came out next day, explained to me the process of certifying our gas fixtures and gas lines and making sure it would pass the pressure test. Spent a good hour and a half ensuring a successful inspection by the city. Furthermore, Mel was instrumental in dealing with the city inspector as he asked questions. Very professional company, relieved me of dealing with the stress of dealing with the city of Dallas. Problem solved by the Grace of God. Thank you Jesus!

Mother plumbing responded immediately after my request. We had what we thought was an outside pipe leak but ended up being a slab leak. Tyler and Grant were assigned and within 3 business days the leak was identified, water line rerouted and we are back to normal. Grant and an assistant performed most the work and were great!
