Both Tyler and Grant were very friendly and knowledgable. Loved all of the communication from the office and the texts. Grant repaired our faucet and help unclog some drains.

We had a slab leak on the hot water side and opted to have the house repiped. While it took a little longer than planned the work was top notch and they always kept us in the loop.

Definitely a 5 STAR company!! I was contacted by Mother Modern Plumbing (admin office) within two hours of my service call. They were genuinely interested in my comments about the call and what if anything could be done to improve the service or experience. Michael (technician) was very honest about my situation. Which was that I did not have a leak. I appreciated his honesty. My main comment was, that the technology that is presented and promoted on the website, primarily works inside homes and not in outdoor yard areas as well. The technology was the primary reason I wanted someone to come out so that the yard would not get dug up looking for a problem. It was refreshing to have “genuine” interest in my experience and want HONEST feedback. They wanted to make sure my experience was positive - it definitely was. I will be contacting them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Grant and crew did a great job fixing my gas leak to my pool water heater. They were honest and reasonable. Another well known company tried to scam me and Mother plumbing was great.

So in come the experts to solve the problem and provide diagnostics and repair. Mother Modern Plumbing was very responsive, quick to arrive, thorough, professional and friendly. Very nice touch. I was alerted through email as well as text. My Plumber, Grant B. exceeded expectations with his knowledge, professional demeanor and overall friendly personality. I always knew what was happening to my system and why. I was never kept in the dark and he gave me updates throughout. Bryan Mendez and his partner Zach were professional and did a great job of replacing my old galvanized sewer line and replacing it with PVC piping. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication to doing a good job.

My technicians Ben and Grant were fantastic! There were two issues with my toilet, Ben took care of the part of rebuilding the leaking tank. But there was also a leak at the bottom and he determined there was a problem with the flange being off center. Grant Baker came out the same day and worked all day to correct the problem with the flange. The job should have been very simple and only take a couple of hours but took much longer than expected. Both Ben and Grant were very respectful of cost and professional, everything was cleaned up after the job was done. They explained everything in detail. I highly recommend both!

We had a clog in a tricky section of pipe where three drains combined. Willy came out, triaged the problem quickly, and set up the repair. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the options. Then, when the repair crew was called away on an emergency, he returned and completed the repair himself to ensure our drains were fixed before the quoted time.

Our toilet was clogged and overflowing, we tried plunging, but it was clogged good. A friendly journeyman plumber arrived at our house the same day. It was a gross scene, but he got everything cleaned up. He removed the toilet and cleared the blockage. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to get everything cleared and re-install the toilet. That being said, it was not cheap. $763 was the total, which include a large discount. Great service, but at a price.

Grant Baker and his team did amazing job from start to finish. Grant quickly diagnosed my issue and answered all of my questions. I had a great experience with Mothers Modern Plumbing. Willy and Mauricio came out and blew out a drain line that was clogged. This was at no charge to us, it was included in our service plan as was the visit. Everything related to the issue we were having was explained in detail and also what to do to avoid it from happening again. I had contacted the office right before closing at 9pm the night before and spoke to a real live person!! Gigi was able to squeeze us in for a next day appointment. It was amazing, in less than a day everything was back in working order!

After blowing out my water heater, I called Mother Modern Plumbing to replace it. In the process after a discussion with Marcus, we determined I had a sub slab leak. Marcus and later Mario and the appropriate apprentices determined exactly where the leak was and provided me with a few different solutions they could use to fix it. They worked diligently and were professional in their dealings with me. They explained to every step and worked for over four days to find the leak. I especially appreciate Marcus who listened to an aside I made to him about hot water being too readily available at that faucet and determined I had a leak. He paid attention to what I said and realized I had a problem larger than just replacing a hot water heater. Leak detection under a slab is a challenging process and they worked hard to find it. Had he not listened and been so attentive, I would’ve continued to have a problem, possibly ruining the new water heater and foundation problems in the future. While this was not cheap, it would’ve been a lot more expensive to have to repair a foundation. I am thankful that Marcus and Mario were diligent in finding this leak installing a new hot water heater and bypassing my sub slab leak. I will use this company again, not because they were the cheapest but because they listened and found a problem beyond just what was in front of them. In the long run, it saved me a bunch of money.

I had my entire drainage system replaced by mother back in November of 2025. The initial technician that came out was friendly and gave me options to get my drains replaced. After further thought I went with replacing everything. That’s when Mario showed up and explained the entire process with transparency and full detail which really showed he is a true master of his line of work. A few months after I had an issue with a toilet and Mario came out again and found the issue with precision. Him and Steven came up with a great course of action to solve the issue and I will be glad to do the rest of the work at a later time. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and expertise mother brings to the table. Great job guys!

Adam came on a Sunday and got us all set. He’s the BEST. The AI for this group is actually very pleasant and high functioning. Zero errors. Was able to call late on a Saturday night and get help immediately on a Sunday morning. For the price I am amazed at everything it included with the camera and the clean out. Will save for all future plumbing needs. Adam was knowledgeable and friendly and covered and uncovered his shoes 300 times going in and out. Very respectful and undeterred by dog barking and children crying.

First of all the houses 22 years old. Ben was the first plumber that arrived to check out the problem with my kitchen sink backing up. He ran the cameras Down the sink drain and saw a clog at around 18 feet down the way. We discussed the solution, the price and the next person that would come out this afternoon to do a Jet system clean out. Within an hour, Brian arrived, and he explained what he was going to do. He was very thorough. It took him about an hour and a half, and he explained and showed me the pictures that he took with the camera. He showed me where the grease build up was and the cleaned pipe. Both of them were very courteous , respectful and great communicators. I highly recommend this company. This is my second time using this company.

What started as a clogged sink turned into replacing the sewer line, which I was not thrilled about, but they made the whole process way easier than I expected. Everyone involved was very professional. They explained and showed evidence of exactly what needed to be done. They showed up when they said they would, and kept me in the loop the whole time. The office was also really good about communicating who would be coming and when. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The crew they brought in for digging and refilling the trench did a great job too, and everything seemed really well coordinated between them and the guys overseeing the job. When they were done, they actually took the time to put the yard back together, with care getting it back as closely as possible how it looked before, which included relaying some sod! Overall just a solid, professional group and easy to work with. I’d definitely use Julio, Mauricio, and Willie again. I opted for the yearly service plan as well was reasonable!

This was our first time to use this plumber but will be the only one we use in the future! Prompt service, great communication both with office and plumber and easily resolved our issue. We have been in our home almost 20 years and occasionally get a clog on one side of the house. Every plumber that has been to our house has always pulled the toilet to clear clog. This plumber immediately said let’s see what we can do without removing the toilet. They had it quickly resolved by going down roof vent. Thank you! Mario arrived and completed work to replace an old copper line to a new insulated line from the hot water heater to the refrigerator and connected everything. He explained everything, showed me the work including attic pictures. He did a great job and completed the work estimated time. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Ben Wallace, your Tradesman Plumber, when he came out to my home in Kennedale. Ben performed a full sewer camera inspection on my main sewage line and gave me one of the most detailed, easy-to-understand evaluations I’ve ever had from any contractor. Using the camera, he carefully mapped the entire run and quickly identified a significant 30-foot-long belly (sag) in the pipe directly under the house. He took the time to show me the live footage, point out exactly where the low spot was forming, explain how it was trapping solids and causing slow drainage/backups, and describe why the slope issue had developed over time. He didn’t rush and made sure I fully understood the problem instead of just giving me a quick diagnosis. After the inspection, Ben laid out several practical resolution options with clear pros, cons, and realistic expectations.

First of all the company was very responsive, good communication. They stayed true to their timeframe they gave me. I was 40 minutes away and he waited patiently for me. Both of my toilets had water underneath them seeping out. They were not overflowing, but the water was seeping out beneath them. The first plumber, Ben, arrived, checked my sewage line and pointed out some things that could become a problem later. He checked both toilets. He Was very precise and showed every step of the process that he was conducting. Right away, he went to the clean out on the outside of the house and put the camera and looked. He showed me there was nothing going on there, relief. He pointed out what needed to be fixed and what wasn’t a problem. The second plumber Julio arrived. The company had sent an entailed biography of each plumber and a picture. That was a very comforting to me. They explained every step and were very personable. Julio so detailed he mentioned the bathroom trashcan might be out of place and apologized. This company cares about the customer. The first thing I asked when I called If the plumbers were subcontracted. She said no, they worked directly for them. That was another sigh of relief for me. Everything was left in the proper place and very clean. I definitely recommend this company. And if I ever have issues or want to improve my system, I will definitely give them another call. These folks included Willy, who diagnosed our issue and offered different solutions verbally and in writing (with an in-depth summary that I've never received from another plumbing company.) He was very patient with our many questions. Mauricio and Julio fixed our pipe that had root intrusion and were sure to ask us multiple times if we had any questions. Ben showed up on time and we got charged but the problem was not fixed! This was the worst experience I had with a plumbing company. We had a problem with laundry room drain clogged, when I called the company, I was quoted $299 (with website coupon $269) for camera inspection and deep cleaning and the warranty of 120 days . Ben found the problem with the drain, instead of spending more time to fix it, he spent almost 30 minutes trying to get me to agree on the jet cleaning which was a much higher price, after hearing my declining, he said the cleaning he did that day would not guarantee! The laundry room flooded the next day!!!

Mother’s modern plumbing was really great. Tyler came out same day within 1 1/2 hours after requesting service for what turned out to be cast iron pipes failure on a home we bought less than 2 weeks prior. We were given 3 options but my husband and I decided to go with the permanent fix instead of wasting more money and time on bandaids. We were luckily able to finance the work to have all of our failed sewer system replaced and within 2 1/2 hours of Tyler showing up we were scheduled the next day to start the trench work. This was on Monday. Through no fault of their own it took a day longer due to our house being built on a rock bed. Instead of waiting Julio and Mauricio and their team went ahead and started working on unrelated issues that we were needing done like our new water heater, dishwasher installation, and a vent issue that was previously known. They were able to start on the pipe replacement on Friday and were working through the evening trying to get it all done. They were able to complete everything except the small amount under my kitchen sink due to a complete collapse. They returned Saturday morning and by 2pm I had everything fixed and ready to go. Throughout everything from Tyler to Julio and Mauricio all my questions were answered in detail, patiently, and respectfully. They gave me updates regularly and at the end of the day. They updated me on what to expect as we moved through each stage. Every night we had working bathrooms and water. They went above and beyond to not only get the work done correctly and efficiently but also taking into consideration how it would look when they are finished. The warranty is for 30 years and we will have a structural engineer report for the backfill. While this has been a nightmare for our first home purchase, Mothers has truly helped to lessen the stress of our situation. We will continue to use them as they are not only customer oriented but their employees rave about how good the company treats them. Thats as important to my husband and I as the customer service is. We really appreciate all the help the company provided us. Thank you!

Great guys! Grant, Jesse and Zack came and fixed a major leak I had in my bathroom. They did a replacement of the hardware and stems. Replaced and fixed flush valves in toilet and replaced old rusty turn off valves to waterlines with updated ones. Start to finish methodically done job. I will definitely call them again when needing plumbing services.
