Want to give a HUGE shoutout to Matthew Silkwood and Jesse Crane! Through the year into our house, we bought for the history of the neighborhood and the architecture. Trying to keep the house in shape I’ve learned to keep one thing to keep in mind, picking businesses who you are going to keep in your back pocket because the integrity and the immense knowledge they carry. Plumbing issues are aren’t fun, Jesse came out and made it easy to digest information and adding to our knowledge of home owning. I have had issues over the past 5 years or so and had several plumbers tell me different things and gotten some very different quotes. Tyler came out today and explained the whole situation better than any of the other plumbing companies. He did what he could for what I can afford today but he left me with 3 different quotes and options for me think about. Once I figure out my plans with this house I will definitely call Mothers Plumbing.

I have nothing but great things to say! Steven Dickson took his time and was so thorough. We’ve had a leak under our house from our bathtub which is terrible to go through and he made the process so smooth. He also helped with a problem completely unrelated regarding constantly having back ups. We were previously given a quote from Ernie’s plumbing and were advised we need our pipes completely redone and was quoted over $40,000. Steven was able to use a camera down our pipes in the front and determined that it was roots growing through them and that it was only going to cost a little over $4000 which is still a lot but much more doable than what Ernie’s quoted. I will definitely be using Mother Modern for future issues.

When I called for an appointment the Matt that answered was personable, accommodating, and easy to understand. It was easy to make the service appointment. Day of appointment plumber Matt (different Matt) was professional, great with time, and explained everything in a way I understood the issue and solution. He was able to unclog the cast iron pipe and pull some roots out. If we decide to replace cast iron pipes I'll let you know how it went but would definitely consider Mother Modern Plumbing for the job.

They were able to quickly install a new tankless unit. They arrived at the very start of the time window, and worked nonstop until completion. They had all required parts to handle both heater installation, gas rerouting, and roof ventilation. They provided electricians to handle the installation of an outlet. Very complete installation! I made one phone call and Steven was here in less than one hour and had it fixed and repaired.
