Had a good experience, Dillon came on time, found reasonable solutions to some problems we were having and had great customer service. Worth the price tag

So our mortgage insurance policy was recently switched to a different company via our broker. The new company required that a home inspector come out and look at our property. Everything seemed to go fine. A day later we got a 39 page report with their findings. They were threatening to drop our new policy saying we had a “water leak at the property” and they included a picture. I looked at the picture and there is a small water mark on the tile floor behind my 1/2 bath pedestal sink. Are you serious? Some plumbers tape and tightening of the nut could’ve solved that problem but no they wanted to drop us unless we submitted a report with photos from a licensed plumber showing the repair along with invoices and documentation of services. SMH After many email communications and phone calls with plumbers, none of which would give me a “rough estimate” even after providing photos, I settled on going with Mother Modern Plumbing. They had a tech come out same day and fix it in a snap. Steven was the individual who came to do the repair. He was professional, explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to hustle me. On top of that he was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Installing a brand new P Trap. Best part is they wrote up the report I needed with photos, video and a detailed description of what was done. And it didn’t cost a fortune. I’m happy, wife is happy.. so all is good. Thanks again!

Josh Dudley at Mother Plumbing will be my plumber for life! He is timely, kind, articulate, and takes the time to help educate you with tests they are running and what they are saying. We are in the process of selling our home and the buyer contacted a plumber who did no testing and stated that we needed all of our cast-iron pipes replaced. This was completely false as our cast-iron pipes are actually in excellent condition. Mother Plumbing is honest. If you want an honest evaluation as to whether or not you have a plumbing issue this is who you should call.

He was very efficient and series with his recommendations for pluming issues. Easy to talk to and understand. Sent quotes via email quickly after appointment.

Matthew came out today, and did a plumber inspection, and he was a nice and knowledgeable person, easy to talk with, and explained everything in detail, keep up the great work.

Steven came out and fixed our leaking faucets, did a camera inspection, flushed our water heaters. It was great: they showed up on time and wore booties in the house and were done so quickly! It was great as a mom of two toddlers to not have to worry about anything. Steven was clean cut, professional and so respectful. We love Mother! Before picture included!

Clear Communication & Thorough Work..... Home purchase plumbing inspection: I was able to schedule next day service. Received a link with real time vehicle tracking. Master Technician, Jesse Crane was outstanding in every way, he checked for blockages, cracks and root damage by using a high end camera with CLEAR images. Highly recommend for a detailed evaluation of plumbing system and health.

Mother is terrific - they were incredibly responsive and moved quickly to get a tech onsite right away. Great service, well-priced, and knowledgeable technicians. We'll be calling them again!

Willie with Mother Modern was courteous and friendly during the service call. We needed our water and sewer lines checked because another plumbing comoany said we had a sewer leak. He was very detailed about every step of his process. He even showed us video of his process. As a result we bought a year membership. Thanks Willie.

Mother morning Plumbing must be one of the best services that I have received in a very very long time. We called, we made an appointment that fits our schedule, the way the system works is that they let you know how far off the person is going to be before he's going to arrive at your door. Both times we have used them, they arrive on time, the plumbers are exceptionally pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell you, they do their inspection they give you a price and if you wanted to go ahead. We have only had the best experience with this company and I highly recommend using them. They're not as old as the other mainstream companies. But we've used them both and there is no comparison. Hats off to this company.

Willy was fantastic. Came out and went above and beyond to inspect our new place. Wrote quotes, showed me a break in a pipe and was very personable. Will not hesitate to call them for anything in the future and to get the quotes they provided.

Tyler was great and took his time to conduct a detailed inspection. During the visit, I asked multiple questions, which he answered patiently and in detail so everyone could understand. Lastly, I came late to the visit by 15 minutes, they were in constant communication and provided great professionalism during my delay.

Adam Diaz came out today to drain my waterheater and do an inspection as part of my membership. He noticed several very very poorly done things from before I lived here that nobody had caught prior. I appreciate his attention to detail and helping me be proactive on proper maintenance.

Had gas odor around tankless water heater. Jesse arrived as scheduled, communicated well, and quickly confirmed that there was actually not a problem. He then did a full home plumbing inspection and found one item, which he instructed me how to easily fix myself. I would definitely use Mother Modern Plumbing again.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Ben Wallace, your Tradesman Plumber, when he came out to my home in Kennedale. Ben performed a full sewer camera inspection on my main sewage line and gave me one of the most detailed, easy-to-understand evaluations I’ve ever had from any contractor. Using the camera, he carefully mapped the entire run and quickly identified a significant 30-foot-long belly (sag) in the pipe directly under the house. He took the time to show me the live footage, point out exactly where the low spot was forming, explain how it was trapping solids and causing slow drainage/backups, and describe why the slope issue had developed over time. He didn’t rush and made sure I fully understood the problem instead of just giving me a quick diagnosis. After the inspection, Ben laid out several practical resolution options with clear pros, cons, and realistic expectations.
