I am in awe of just how wonderful mother modern plumbing company was. From the first person to the last person you guys are professional, efficient, honest, and speedy. Not only things that make a great business, but their team also has integrity and heart. Dustin, Steven, Jerry, and connor plus the excavating team went above and beyond the scope of their required jobs. They were there to fix a leak under our foundation that had been quoted a ridiculous number by another company so we went with Mother after they came out to do a second opinion with no fee. They also helped me install a showerhead and filter that has been sitting in my home for over a year. Then after all the work was done at the end of the night Connor saw myself and my 78 year old grandmother struggling to move some furniture offered to assist us. The kicker was during a follow up call to see how the job went and I mentioned in passing that my daughter's bday was that day. THEY SENT HER A GIFT FOR HER BDAY. No one does that! Mother modern does tho! I have already recommended mother modern plumbing to 3 people one of which just had a leak happen a few days ago.

We used Mother Plumbing to repipe our entire home from cast iron to pvc as well as to fix a slab leak for a family of 7 home. Both were costly and worrisome. We couldn’t be happier or feel safer with any other company. From beginning to end Mother has proven their reliability, honesty, extensive knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Not only have they done impeccable work, but their work ethic, personal and social responsibility standards that they uphold is beyond anything we’ve ever seen or experienced from any company we’ve worked with. There are no tricks, no games, what they say is exactly what they do and charge, there are no added fees after the fact. We had several unplanned situations come up and they worked quickly and didn’t upcharge a single thing they quoted from the first estimate. We’ve worked with Colton, Stephen and Jerry and they are transparent, skilled and extremely diligent. I will only be recommending Mother Modern Plumbing from now on. They are a rare and incredible company. Thank you for making a very hard situation manageable in so many ways and keeping our family safe!

SND Plumbing is fantastic! And working with Steve was great. We had a sewage line break in the front yard. Steve came out and found the break in short order. He then gave me the option of digging the hole to get to it and save $1,300. So, I did it which was great. They then came out and made the repair and filled in the hole at no additional charge which was awesome! Steve and SND will be our plumbers going forward!

Steven put the new sewer lines for converting septic to city. The process went smooth. He was patient to explain all of our questions and concerns. Based on this experience, we had him work on other things at home. Highly recommend Steven for any plumbing needs!

SND crew were timely and professional

For someone with enough plumbing experience of installing one sink faucet, SND plumbing was a blessing to my wife and I. It all started with the gurgling of the toilet, then the sewer backed up, shower back up. We hired three plumbers before calling SND all to have the problem coming right back after just a few weeks. SND was the only one that finally took the time, investigated and worked with us to determine the real cause. We had to replace our entire plumbing system underneath the foundation, and SND did a wonderful job. Five major wins I'd like to point out when we worked with Steven at SND: 1) Punctual. Steven showed up when he said he would. Sent communications and quotes to us when he said he would. 2) Patience. Steven took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all the questions in detail so we had a clear picture of what was going on, and the best and worst-case scenarios. 3) Honesty. Steven could have patched up something or gave us a temporary solution and make a quick buck. But instead, he strongly nudged us to get a foundation inspection first to help identify the true cause of the problem. He wanted to FIX IT for the next 15+ years instead of just something temporary. 3) Considerate. Not only it was a messy job to us and the tenants (trenching, digging, crawling under the foundation, all while it was raining), there were hours where we couldn't turn on the water or flush the toilets. Steven worked with us and my tenants closely to make sure we knew what to expect and when, so we could plan accordingly ahead of time. 4) Fair pricing. We did compare different quotes. SND's pricing was very reasonable 5) Confidence. By interacting with SND ahead of the project, it gave us the confidence that they were the right choice. SND is also confident with the quality of their work, so they applied many years of warranty to this large project. Thanks Steve and SND!

SND was my second plumbers my first just could not get the job done I called SND truly professional they knocked out a huge tunneling job and replumbing the whole house in a week I was amazed. They will be my plumbers from now on out

Rick came out to help us with a problem we were having, and he was able to quickly identify what the issue was. He explained the issue, and the work needed to remedy. I had not heard of Mother Modern Plumbing until the other day, but I’m happy to have them in supporting our needed work!

We recently used Mother Modern Plumbing for a yard sewer repair and we were very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and fair prices. Steven arrived on time, clearly explained the issue and provided me an estimate. The job was completed on one day, it required lots of digging and the weather was cold about 34. This was our first time using them but it won’t be the last.

I had to have all of my cast iron drains replaced ☠️ As of this review all of the plumbing is completed in just under 1 week, pending the backfill. Everyone I worked with including Steven, Tyler, the excavation crew and Joe and Tyler were great to work with. They were extremely patient with my questions, thorough with information and even fixed some other minor plumbing work not directly related to the drain pipe issue before they left. Everyone worked hard, showed up on time, and were as clean as possible given they had to be laying in mud most of the time. I really appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication. You may finder lower quotes but I couldn't expect any better of care and work than what I received and that matters. Overall 5 stars to Mother Modern Plumbing......but 0/10 recommend buying a house with cast iron drain pipes in DFW 😂😭

Want to give a HUGE shoutout to Matthew Silkwood and Jesse Crane! Through the year into our house, we bought for the history of the neighborhood and the architecture. Trying to keep the house in shape I’ve learned to keep one thing to keep in mind, picking businesses who you are going to keep in your back pocket because the integrity and the immense knowledge they carry. Plumbing issues are aren’t fun, Jesse came out and made it easy to digest information and adding to our knowledge of home owning. Showed me every crevasse of our plumbing and highlighted areas of repairs and sat us down and built a plan. You can tell this business adds value from treating you with a welcoming smile and clean look to getting to see the dirty and destruction of your plumbing issues. Truly amazed how easy this was. Mothers are your people you rely on. 10/5 stars

And Josh came out to my house and asked her plumber anyway my worst nightmares came to light it's an old house in Farmers Branch built in 69.He confirmed it was the cast iron pipes that corroded. I feel confident and he was very knowledgeable for what I need to do next. The company was great punctual on time and friendly recommend them highly

We have lived in our home for 10 years and we knew one day sadly our cast iron would have to be replaced. I noticed more and more homes having this process done. When our home failed a pressure test for foundation adjustment, I started looking into companies to inspect the old system with a camera, all showed and I saw failed cast iron pipes. The next step was getting bids, OMG sticker shock, once we we reviewed our proposal's and understood the scope of work, the choice wasn't hard. Mother was the one we chose. Jessie was understanding and very knowledgeable and worked with us on the final price. My wife and I were really amazed with how fast they started digging, the dig crew were really good, very professional and very hard working. Jerry the plumber and his helper Conner, were unbelievable with the amount of time they put in everyday redoing all the sewer lines on our home. Jerry is dedicated to a standard of workmanship that you don't run into much these days, sadly. When Jerry was finished with his part the dig crew, Castillo Excavations, were amazing to watch them reverse the dig out process. What dirt didn't go back in was removed from the job site, not my headache thank God. Overall these guys were a good choice and yes it was more than I wanted to spend, but no regrets. This company is fantastic. Mothers diagnosed the issue as a broken waste water pipe after another company had misdiagnosed the issue. It was an expensive repair but we did locate the broken cast iron pipe under the house. Now, not only is the new plumbing system working perfectly for over a month, but we don’t have to worry about the waste water that was seeping into our foundation. Every promise and expectation given was honored. Well worth the price. This is the way.
