For someone with enough plumbing experience of installing one sink faucet, SND plumbing was a blessing to my wife and I. But instead, he strongly nudged us to get a foundation inspection first to help identify the true cause of the problem. He wanted to FIX IT for the next 15+ years instead of just something temporary. 3) Considerate. Not only it was a messy job to us and the tenants (trenching, digging, crawling under the foundation, all while it was raining), there were hours where we couldn't turn on the water or flush the toilets. Steven worked with us and my tenants closely to make sure we knew what to expect and when, so we could plan accordingly ahead of time. 4) Fair pricing. We did compare different quotes. SND's pricing was very reasonable 5) Confidence. By interacting with SND ahead of the project, it gave us the confidence that they were the right choice.
