AMAZING company! I have had Josh (their master plumber) work on all of my plumbing since 2015, and I truly trust and appreciate them. I just had them install a new dishwasher and faucet in my kitchen and they did a perfect job, as usual! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and appreciate them!

I am so very thankful that I found these people...they are so fair and honest and really quick. It was Christmas weekend and my front water faucet ruptured due to freezing temperatures, there was a huge puddle in the front yard and I was worried. I'd already called 3 other plumbers but even though they advertised as being open 24/7 I knew it would be difficult to find someone on Christmas eve. I waited until early morning the day after Christmas and what an immense relief when Steven answered the phone on the second ring! He was so kind and reassuring and true to his word...he had Nikko at my front door before 2pm that afternoon! I never saw a plumber that neat and tidy! And he left just as clean after digging around in the mud! He also was so very polite and kind and answered all my questions! The price was most reasonable and the van he drove up in looked meticulous. I will always call them for any future needs and I truly highly recommend them. I think customer service in general has taken a hard hit...but this company and these people treasure it and spend it lavishly...on me...their customer! Thank you so very much SND!!❤️ Edit/ Update 3/2024 👏 Well I just wanted to say that I had another plumbing problem and I called my favorite company SND PLUMBING. They quickly assessed what my problem was and fixed it in a couple of hours! The price was so fair and I got my same Nikko to do the job. My new bathroom faucet is beautiful and my shower now works perfectly. These people are awesome and you will not regret using them. I trust them and highly highly recommend them!❤️ 3/2/24 Once again I'm indebted to these wonderful people! This time Steve had to come out for a line clean out. Both of my bathrooms were out of order. He went above and beyond to help me. His pricing is awesome and very helpful if you're on a budget (I almost cried when he told me the final cost)! He also took pictures for me to present to my local public utilities company as this is really a problem that they should fix, unfortunately, my previous experience with them is less than favorable! I will always use this plumber! You will not be disappointed if you are in trouble... He is so fair and generous and capable. His appearance and his truck is meticulous and that's the kind of work he does!❤️ Thank you Steve so much!♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️ 8/5/2024 Well once again I'm having to call on these very dear people! It seems I have developed a leak under my slab and need help. Steven came out immediately and attended to the situation. We will be setting up a time for complete repairs. I never thought I would have a need for a plumber this often... (Until I moved to Texas) haha. But I am so thankful I found SND Plumbing. They are so fair and honest and as you can see very reliable! All these issues that I've had are seperate and have come up randomly and are partly related to the fact that my house was built in the 70s. I cannot recommend Steven's trustworthyness highly enough! ❤️ 🙏 ❤️ You will not be sorry for calling him!

We had issues with hot and cold water. Joe and Luke diagnosed it very quickly, picked up the part and got the job done. They also installed a new faucet in the kitchen. All work was very professional, quick and reasonably priced. We were very pleased.

Mother Plumbing installed two toilets and three faucets for me two months ago. Since then, there have been no leaks or wobbles, which speaks to the quality of their work. Check out the picture of the wall mounted toilet. They also coordinated well with my carpenters to get everything done efficiently and on schedule. I did forget to ask them to adjust the temperature governor on the shower, but overall, I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend Mother Plumbing

Steven did an amazing job replacing our kitchen faucet and bathroom sink. He communicated perfectly with us on what to expect. We purchased the new faucet and he replaced it the very next day. Steven was friendly, so much so that our kids enjoyed talking to him! I’ll recommend Mother Modern Plumbing to everyone!

I had a great experience with Mother Modern plumbing from inquiring about service on the phone with Gabby through installation with Joe. Dillion came out and scoped our project and gave us a bid right then. Joe came out the same day and installed my kitchen sink, faucet, cleared blockage and installed bathroom sink all before 4 pm and in time to cook thanksgiving dinner. The whole team was a breeze to work with and they explained everything which I appreciate! I signed up for the membership and will use them for my hot water heater in a few months and future projects. Thank you!!

A plumber in Keller smiles in front of a blue and pink "Mother Modern Plumbing" van outside Keller Town Hall at 110 Bear Creek Parkway.

That white crust around your faucet handles isn't just ugly - it's a warning sign. Keller's hard water is eating your fixtures from the inside out.

Mother's licensed plumbers don't just swap faucets. We inspect your supply lines for mineral buildup, flush debris that's been accumulating since your Hidden Lakes home was built in 2003, and install to manufacturer specifications.

Your warranty stays intact. So does your family's weekend plans.

Call Mother 24/7 to install the faucets your fixtures deserve.

Signs Your Keller Home Needs a New Faucet

Your faucet talks to you. Most Keller homeowners ignore the early warnings until they're dealing with a full failure the morning of a playoff game.

  • Persistent dripping even when the handle is fully closed. That worn cartridge is adding dollars to your water bill every month - and Keller's water rates aren't going down.
  • Visible corrosion on handles or around the spout base. The green or white buildup you can see on the outside means the internal components are in worse shape.
  • Reduced pressure at one fixture only. Your aerator is clogged with calcium deposits from Keller's 5 to 10 grain hard water. It's a symptom of a bigger buildup problem inside the valve.
  • Stiff or gritty handle movement when adjusting temperature. Mineral deposits have worked their way into the cartridge. This doesn't improve on its own.
  • Wobbly base. Loose mounting hardware accelerates internal wear and invites slow leaks under your cabinet - the kind that rot subfloor before you notice them.

The mineral ring around your handles is the visible sign of what's happening inside the cartridge, aerator, and supply line connections you can't see. If your home was built during the Hidden Lakes or Marshall Ridge boom years - late 1990s through the mid-2000s - your original builder-grade faucets are hitting the 20-year mark. That's end-of-life territory for fixtures that have been fighting Keller's water chemistry since they were installed.

Hard Water Destroys Keller Faucets Faster

Keller's water comes from Fort Worth's supply system and tests between 76 and 175 parts per million hardness - 5 to 10 grains per gallon. That water has a scale-forming tendency, which means every time it flows through your faucet, it leaves a thin mineral deposit behind. Day after day. Year after year.

Those deposits accumulate inside the cartridge and restrict the valve's ability to seal. They coat the aerator screen and choke your flow rate. They crystallize around O-rings and gaskets and create leak points that get worse over time.

A faucet that lasts 15 to 20 years in soft water territory often fails in 3 to 5 years in Keller. That's not a defective fixture - it's Keller's water chemistry doing what it always does.

Pull your aerator screen off right now. The white or greenish crust you find there is the same buildup working against your cartridge and supply connections from the inside. Cleaning the aerator buys time. It doesn't address the internal damage - and when mineral deposits reach the cartridge, replacement is the only real fix.

Faucet Styles That Hold Up in Keller Homes

Material selection matters more here than in most DFW markets. Ceramic disc valves resist mineral scoring better than rubber compression washers. Solid brass construction handles hard water without corroding at the joints. Single-handle designs reduce the number of potential leak points in the assembly.

What fails fast in Keller: plastic internal components, rubber washers and seats, and chrome-plated zinc bodies that look sharp for 18 months and then pit.

Kitchen Faucet Options for Keller Families

Your kitchen faucet works harder than any other fixture in the house. Between tournament weekends, Friday night BBQs, and the daily volume of a busy household, it needs to perform without demanding attention.

Pull-down sprayers give you the reach for filling stock pots and rinsing the sink after meal prep. For homes in open-concept layouts near Bear Creek Park and throughout Old Town Keller, the kitchen faucet is visible from the living space - style matters, but it shouldn't come at the cost of function or durability.

Bathroom Faucet Choices for Tarrant County Homes

Widespread configurations - two handles, three holes - are standard in the master baths built during Keller's 2000s boom. Centerset faucets fit the smaller footprint of secondary bathrooms and powder rooms. Single-hole designs work for vessel sinks in updated spaces.

Match the configuration to your existing sink holes. Changing configurations means modifying the countertop - an unnecessary expense when the goal is a reliable, well-installed replacement.

Smart Faucet and Touchless Technology Installation

Keller homeowners have been quick to upgrade kitchens with touchless faucet technology - and for good reason. Motion-activated and voice-controlled faucets keep handles clean when your hands are full of raw chicken or covered in marinade, and they reduce the cross-contamination that comes with a busy family kitchen.

Mother's plumbers are experienced with the full range of smart faucet installations, from motion-sensor kitchen faucets to app-controlled fixtures that track water usage and let you set temperature presets.

These installations require precise supply line connections and, in some cases, power source integration - details that separate a professional installation from a DIY attempt that voids the manufacturer warranty on a $600 fixture.

Touchless kitchen faucets have become one of the most requested upgrades in Keller's established neighborhoods. If you've been considering one, replacing an outdated faucet is the right moment to make the move.

Mother's Faucet Installation Process

Mother doesn't just swap fixtures. We address the full system that feeds your faucet.

  • Shut-off valve verification. We test your angle stops before disconnecting anything. If they're corroded or won't close fully, you need to know before the supply lines come off - not during.
  • Supply line inspection. We check for mineral buildup, corrosion, and deterioration. Original braided lines from 2002 are living on borrowed time. Connecting a new faucet to a failing supply line is how you end up with water damage inside your cabinet six months later.
  • Debris flush. Before connecting your new faucet, we flush the supply lines to clear loose mineral deposits that would immediately clog your new aerator.
  • Installation to manufacturer specifications. Proper torque on every connection. Correct thread sealant. Accurate hot and cold orientation. These details matter in Keller's mineral-heavy water conditions - a connection that holds fine in Austin corrodes faster here at any weak point.
  • Leak testing under pressure. We run water, check every connection, and verify zero leaks before we leave.
  • Customer walkthrough. We show you how the new fixture operates and what to watch for - including aerator cleaning intervals for Keller's water hardness level.

Faucet Brands Mother Installs in Keller

Mother installs Delta, Moen, Kohler, Pfister, and all major faucet brands. Our technicians follow manufacturer installation specifications for each - because improper installation voids your warranty.

A $500 faucet becomes a $500 loss if the warranty claim gets denied because of a cross-threaded supply connection or an improperly seated cartridge.

Smart Faucet Brands Mother Installs

Mother installs smart and touchless products worth the investment for Keller homeowners looking to upgrade.

  • Brizo - The premium tier of the Delta family. Brizo's SmartTouch and VoiceIQ technology sets the standard for kitchen smart faucets, with designs built for high-end kitchen aesthetics and performance specs that hold up in hard water conditions.
  • Kohler - Kohler's Sensate and Tone touchless lines are among the most popular smart kitchen faucet upgrades Mother installs in Keller. Reliable motion sensing, strong spray performance, and a broad range of finish options.
  • Kraus - A strong value option in the touchless category with commercial-style designs that work well in open-concept Keller kitchens. Solid brass construction handles hard water better than the budget alternatives.
  • Moen - Moen's Arbor and Align touchless lines offer hands-free activation with the reliability and parts availability that makes long-term ownership straightforward in Keller's market.
  • Delta - Delta's Touch2O and VoiceIQ technology gives Keller homeowners voice-activated and touch-activated options across a wide price range, with ceramic disc valves that hold up well against mineral buildup.

Mother installs all leading touchless kitchen faucet brands. If you have a specific fixture in mind, we'll confirm it's the right fit for your supply line configuration and water pressure before the install day.

Permits and Warranty

Standard faucet replacement in Keller does not require a permit. It's a fixture-for-fixture swap, not a plumbing system modification.

Mother's workmanship warranty covers installation defects, and manufacturer warranties are protected through proper installation documentation.

If something leaks because of our work, we fix it.

Your Kitchen and Bathrooms Deserve Better Than Builder Grade

Your home is your family's command center. The faucet shouldn't be the weak link.

Professional installation protects your fixture investment from Keller's hard water, keeps your warranty intact, and gets done on your schedule. Whether you're replacing a dripping bathroom faucet in Brentwood Estates or upgrading to a touchless kitchen fixture in Hidden Lakes, Mother handles it right the first time.

Call Mother 24/7 for faucet installation in Keller.
