Having to get a plumber is never ideal. However, if you do, you need to call SND. I made a mistake from the beginning and didn't call them. They educate you as they are going throughout the job. They had a big job to do by replacing the sewer lines under the house. They were thousands less then their competitors for they don't work on 28% commission like Shrader Plumbing does. Their technology was fantastic and didn't disrupt one plant, after having to dig a lot of dirt out from under the house. Their whole team made you feel comfortable and by the end of the job, they became family. I had a concern after their work was complete and he was out the next day, troubleshooting, and there ended up being nothing to fix, but their commitment was validated.
