Water Line Repair and Replacement in Lewisville

Jerry was fantastic both times he came to our home. He kept us informed, and was constantly at work. He was professional in every manner. We had a big project and other companies sent men out to look at the job. Jerry immediately grabbed a shovel and started working, even knowing he was at risk of not earning anything doing so. WOW. Mother Plumbing gave us the best treatment in the office as well. Matthew is very good to deal with. Pleasant and professional. I’m very hard to please, and these guys did the job!

I rarely recommend contractors because, to be honest, I'm afraid they'll get too busy to help me when I need them! But I have to make an exception for SND Plumbing. I've owned countless proprties between homes, farm, and ranch properties. I've dealt with countless contractors over the years, and Mother Plumbing stands out as exceptional. I had an emergency on a Sunday and called them. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation by sending someone unqualified and charging me a ridiculous price. This wasn't a simple fix, either. It involved manually digging in the mud, lots of wet mud, to find a leak in the city water intake, and then pumping out excess subsurface water, which took nearly 20 hours. Rick, from SND Plumbing, was incredibly professional, and willing to get his hands dirty (very dirty), He returned the next day to complete the subsurface repair and thoroughly test the connection to ensure it was secure, resilient and capable of transporting water at normal operating pressures (70-80 psi). Mother Plumbing were the most polite, efficient, and productive plumbing company I've ever worked with. I highly recommend their services. I've used Steven and Mother twice now. The first repair was one we had a long-time coming. We had to dig up half the yard and the driveway and fix three different breaks in the main line that existed for too long. Steven explained everything clearly, charged a fair price, and his communication is excellent. The second job was replacing our water heater. Again, excellent job. Highly recommend!

My water would not shut off for my bathtub. I had to shut the water off to the whole house. Mother replied to my FB post quickly and added me for same day service. They fixed my faucet, super friendly and fair pricing.

Fast and efficient

Jerry does very thorough work and pays great attention to details. My house had a bad pressure regulator and he not only replaced the broken parts but improved the entire manner of the plumbing in front of our house to bring it up to and surpass code.

I had a great experience with Mother's Modern Plumbing! I had to have a waterline pipe repaired between my sidewalk and a very large tree in my yard. My Tech was Mathew van Horn. He assessed what needed to be done and offered me several options. Both priced very reasonable and beat other quotes by several thousand dollars.. Matthew and his crew started working on this a few days later. Before his crew started, Mathew came to the door and explained exactly what would be done that day.When they were done for the day, he came back and told me they were leaving and what would be done the next day. It took 3 days to complete. His crew took extra care when chopping through the roots of my 35 year old tree. They were able to dig inder my driveway instead of having to cut through the concrete, so greatful for that. Before the crew left each day the worksite was cleared of any trash and caution tape and a board were used for safety. I also like the fact everyone had Mother's uniforms on and drove trucks with the company name on them. It was a 100% great experience! Great customer service and excellent communication. Josh coordinated the project and kept us informed at all times. Jerry and Mario installed a new hot water heater and ran a new water line with minimal disruption and cleaned everything up when done. They do excellent work and I would recommend them.

Very pleased with the educated experience and type of rerouting of cold water lines through the attic. So far, so good. I'm impressed with the clean up of the project. I wanted to keep them on for more cleanup.

Discovered that there was a constant pool of water on the sidewalk and Mother plumbing came out and got it fixed (Arlington area). Prior to calling them, another company came out and quoted us almost 2x the price and said that there was only one option to fix. Colton came out and was able to diagnose the issue (old Quest pipe had a leak), gave several options (fix the area with the leak and potentially have future leaks or replace), and offered a way better price. Decided to replace the pipe to avoid future issues. Two days later the issue was resolved. The work also included a warranty. Great customer service and great work. Highly recommend!

I had a leak under my sink and next day called mother modern and I was able to get seen that same day. Rick came out and immediately diagnosed the problem and advised he could fix it. Searching for a plumber, a need that generally is rare, can be daunting. We had a leaky pipe that needed immediate repair. I found Mothership Plumbing on Thumbtack, read the reviews and submitted a request late on a Sunday evening, and I received an immediate response, ready to help. They were great at keeping me updated on the status of our technicians arrival time. Josh arrived an immediately reviewed the issue and outlined what was needed for the repair. Working Josh was great, his knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He fixed the issue fast and efficiently. Mel came out late Saturday afternoon and was able to find the leak in the water line that I had near the sewer clear out. He dug it up, cleared out the roots, and showed and explained to me how the line was damaged. Within a few hours, he had the water line repaired, filled in the dirt, and the water running again. He was very detailed and transparent about everything he did through the whole process and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using Mother Modern Plumbing for any future work. I have an invisible very small amount supply line water leak behind the house shutoff valve. They listen to your full description of the problem you are experiencing and send very experienced master plumber to inspect my house and found details related to the leak, gave reasonable analysis, next step suggestions with very reasonable charge. Highly recommend!

Main water line leak between the city meter and the shut off valve at front of the house. Been leaking for a long while. Dug up area and found old Crest pipe leaking. Receive estimate to replace pipe from meter to front of house shut off. Jessie with Mother Modern came out this morning and checked the issue. We discussed possible repair options and he supplied estimate to pull new pex pipe at a reasonable cost with a 20 year warranty. He then prepped the end areas of the line replacement selected. James came by awhile later and pulled the new line (60+ feet) from the front of house to the meter area through the old Crest pipe. Julio and his assistant arrived after James updated him with pictures of end connections, for possible needed fittings/parts. New ball valves were installed on new line at the meter outlet to house and at the front of house cutoff. They then filled the hole that had been dug to access the original leak with the removed dirt. Thank you for that clean up procedure.

We just needed confirmation that our water lines were holding pressure and he confidently approached our situation with our goal in mind. Grant Baker and his team did amazing job from start to finish. Grant quickly diagnosed my issue and answered all of my questions. They were out pretty quickly from the moment I called Mother due to an emergency. He was very knowledgable, professional and accommodated my family as they completed their work. They replaced all of the water lines in my home in less than a day and a half.

Grant showed up within an hour of us calling. He was super nice and diagnosed our problem with our valve of our main water line. The repair took a lot of patience from Grant but he was positive the whole time and had such a great attitude. Stayed to finish even though he still had another job on a Saturday night. We thought we had a main water leak from the street to the house and due to the thoroughness of the technician we found out it was only a sprinkler system issue. Josh was awesome in explaining everything and so thorough in his investigation we couldn't be happier with him and the outcome.
