Grant showed up within an hour of us calling. He was super nice and diagnosed our problem with our valve of our main water line. The repair took a lot of patience from Grant but he was positive the whole time and had such a great attitude. Stayed to finish even though he still had another job on a Saturday night. We really appreciate his service and care to fix our water line, especially before the freeze. Thank you for such great service!!!

We had an emergency and I called like 15-20 highly rated plumbers all day long and they all said they wouldn’t be able to make it out until the next day, but Steven showed up in about 20 minutes and fixed us up with brand new bathtub faucet handle and made some adjustments with our water heater in under 30 minutes. He thoroughly explained everything and showed exactly how to adjust the water heater in case I ever wanted to adjust the temperature. Great dude as well!

I had a great experience with Modern Plumbing and Steven specifically. I had a last minute emergency and they came out in less than 24 hours. Steven was very professional and honest and had everything taken care of in about 1 hour. I'd highly recommend them. Give Steven a raise!

I highly recommend to work with this company. They are helpful and walk with you every step for fix problem , specially insurance, if you have major problems for your home they will work with insurance . I couldn't found any plumbing company like this company honest. I work with several innDFW they were charge for everything even after hour of weekend or emergency but this company were available ,

I had to make essentially an emergency call to have an outdoor faucet repaired, that required shutting off the water to the house. Came within an hour and had everything fixed (and upgraded) within 15 minutes of arrival, not to mention dealt with a few other minor issues when he was here. The call center was friendly and responsive, and Steven Dickson (the plumber) was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Dillon Ashton came out for an emergency call when a drain line from our laundry room was clogged. He thoroughly assessed the situation, walked me through everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions giving me confidence the job was being done well. Josh got here super quick and was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it on the spot. My toilet had 2 issues - the wax seal had given way cause it to flood and my toddler tossed a toy in there that added insult to ingery! Josh took care of everything and it's working great!!

Had an emergency. Called Mother Modern Plumbing, and they were out on the spot. Removed the bench to get to the leak and repaired the leak and then we had the bench repaired. A+ job! great pricing! very professional service!
