Matthew was very responsive and got a plumber to go out and look at an issue I was told needed to be fixed for us to sell our house. They were able to quickly install a new tankless unit. They arrived at the very start of the time window, and worked nonstop until completion. They had all required parts to handle both heater installation, gas rerouting, and roof ventilation. They provided electricians to handle the installation of an outlet. Very complete installation! I made one phone call and Steven was here in less than one hour and had it fixed and repaired. Today (1-31-25) Matthew Hoy came to install the two water heaters and was very courteous, professional and took the time to explain everything. He did an excellent job.
