He worked late into the evening on multiple days to complete the repair, provided a partial interim solution while the repair was in progress, and stayed on top of the City of Dallas inspector and repair offices to encourage the city to complete their side of repairs. Feel like he genuinely cared about restoring water usage to our house as quickly as possible. More competitively priced than one other mainstream service provider we quoted.
