I am so very thankful that I found these people...they are so fair and honest and really quick. It was Christmas weekend and my front water faucet ruptured due to freezing temperatures, there was a huge puddle in the front yard and I was worried. I'd already called 3 other plumbers but even though they advertised as being open 24/7 I knew it would be difficult to find someone on Christmas eve. I waited until early morning the day after Christmas and what an immense relief when Steven answered the phone on the second ring! He was so kind and reassuring and true to his word...he had Nikko at my front door before 2pm that afternoon! I never saw a plumber that neat and tidy! And he left just as clean after digging around in the mud! He also was so very polite and kind and answered all my questions! The price was most reasonable and the van he drove up in looked meticulous. I will always call them for any future needs and I truly highly recommend them. I think customer service in general has taken a hard hit...but this company and these people treasure it and spend it lavishly...on me...their customer! Thank you so very much SND!!❤️ Edit/ Update 3/2024 👏 Well I just wanted to say that I had another plumbing problem and I called my favorite company SND PLUMBING. They quickly assessed what my problem was and fixed it in a couple of hours! The price was so fair and I got my same Nikko to do the job. My new bathroom faucet is beautiful and my shower now works perfectly. These people are awesome and you will not regret using them. I trust them and highly highly recommend them!❤️ 3/2/24 Once again I'm indebted to these wonderful people! This time Steve had to come out for a line clean out. Both of my bathrooms were out of order. He went above and beyond to help me. His pricing is awesome and very helpful if you're on a budget (I almost cried when he told me the final cost)! He also took pictures for me to present to my local public utilities company as this is really a problem that they should fix, unfortunately, my previous experience with them is less than favorable! I will always use this plumber! You will not be disappointed if you are in trouble... He is so fair and generous and capable. It seems I have developed a leak under my slab and need help. Steven came out immediately and attended to the situation. We will be setting up a time for complete repairs. I never thought I would have a need for a plumber this often... (Until I moved to Texas) haha. But I am so thankful I found SND Plumbing. They are so fair and honest and as you can see very reliable! All these issues that I've had are seperate and have come up randomly and are partly related to the fact that my house was built in the 70s.
