I had to make essentially an emergency call to have an outdoor faucet repaired, that required shutting off the water to the house. Came within an hour and had everything fixed (and upgraded) within 15 minutes of arrival, not to mention dealt with a few other minor issues when he was here. The call center was friendly and responsive, and Steven Dickson (the plumber) was fantastic. Highly recommend.
