I spoke with Steven about my sink/garbage disposal and he was very helpful. He even offered to help me troubleshoot the issue when I mentioned that I was on a tight budget. I opted to have a tech come out believing my issue to be a difficult one. They sent Chris out promptly and at a time that worked with my schedule. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it easily. He even provided me with a few options before pursuing any repairs. I am extremely satisfied with his work. He was also very nice to my daughter, who said that he was "a kind person". Will definitely reach out to them again if I have any future plumbing issues.
