1st time customer but will use in future. Master plumber (Rick) arrived on time and quickly identified and fixed problem. Gave me additional advice on how to avoid problems in future. Repair price very reasonable. Only negative......told on the phone that $89 service charge was deducted if the repair work was completed. This is not accurate. Let's clean that issue up. I was understanding but not sure many people would be.
