I am a member and so I scheduled my annual maintenance on 4/7. The front office kept me update with arriving time. The technician Adam Diaz was great to work with. The Hot water tank got flushed. Adam was Very friendly and helpful go around my entire house Looking for any water troubling spots. Very professionally done At no cost (part of the annual maintenance)
