This was our first time to use this plumber but will be the only one we use in the future! Prompt service, great communication both with office and plumber and easily resolved our issue. We have been in our home almost 20 years and occasionally get a clog on one side of the house. Every plumber that has been to our house has always pulled the toilet to clear clog. This plumber immediately said let’s see what we can do without removing the toilet. They had it quickly resolved by going down roof vent. Thank you! You’re now saved in my contacts as the only plumber I ever need to call ( but I hope it’s not any time soon).
