My outdoor faucet was leaking, causing a huge mud puddle in the yard. I spoke to Dustin, and he was able to get someone out that very morning. Most other places were saying it had to be scheduled. The plumber who came over, Steve, did an excellent job. I like the fact that he explained that most of the time, its an easy fix but there is also a small risk that it would be more complicated.
