Grant was fantastic! He really knew his stuff and explained in detail everything he was doing; before, during, and after the job. I was always in the loop! Grant had to get "down and dirty" digging deep into the mud pile in my lawn caused by the leak. He was very diligent; never stopping his efforts to locate and repair the leak. When Tyler first came out to assess the issue, there was no "hard sell" nonsense. Just facts, options, and full disclosure.
